What help and advice can you get?

Booklets

You can get a comprehensive guide called 'Managing Public Access' from CCW and also as advice sheets from www.ccw.gov.uk. This will be published at the end of 2004. A shorter booklet with general guidance on managing access is available from the summer of 2004.

Contact your local authority's warden service, countryside or rights of way department, or relevant National Park Authority for help, support and advice.

For advice about powers under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000

Contact CCW or your National Park Authority.
